Anyone who believes that Universal Health Care in America is Socialism and will not be tolerated. Chances are those who are shouting and touting against it are fully insured and able to see a doctor whenever they need treatment.
Are you satisfied with the government’s role in operating our postal service, Social Security (estimated to go broke years sooner than predicted just a year ago), Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac, and in regulating the banks, etc.? To the seniors, the most vulnerable sector of the population, are you happy that Obama is stripping Medicare of one-half trillion dollars? Were you even aware of it? The tragedy of this bill is that it signifies the historic change of a capitalist economy to a socialist one. When Americans finally see the loss of individual liberty under socialism, they will be extremely unhappy and may even protest. But they will have already drunk the Kool-Aid, and a president, clearly a socialist to all who made even a cursory examination of his record and ideology, will gloat that he has wrought “change” that will spread the cancer of socialism.
