Regarding yesterday's post:
UPDATE: Allegations are surfacing that the accuser was a prostitute at the hotel. In addition, further information leaked by the prosecution claims that she did, indeed, report a gang sexual assault in her native country of Guinea. TDFB will stand by the primary point of how justice is not balanced in many sexual assault cases -- particularly when the men involved have the power and money to defend their alleged ill deeds. However, this case is now sliding into seriously questionable territory on the alleged victim's credibility. Something is afoot. I'm just not sure what the shoe looks like anymore.
